Mocha Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients – Serves 3

4 chopped frozen bananas

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

1 ridiculously heaped tablespoon cashew butter

375ml cold almond milk

2 pitted dates

3 teaspoons instant espresso powder

Handful of ice

Top with coconut yogurt and fresh coffee beans

Blend well. Will keep in the fridge in airtight jars for 2 days. Perfect breakfast when you’re feeling rough that will carry you through until lunch.
